看得出酒店老板花了银子装修，硬件不错，早餐厅的厨师很和气，手艺也很好。
但，两件事很郁闷。
27住628，自带毛巾，28离店时忘收，傍晚回酒店电话房务中心，她说服务员说没有看到，还让人开门让我去找。我可以确定我忘收了。毛巾事情小，但心里不舒服。
傍晚开623麻将房没零钱，打电话前台希望能换些零钱，但被一口拒绝，难道不能委婉些说你也没吗?心里又不舒服。
酒店服务业重在细节。
希能改进，下次还会来住。
