季节性很强的酒店，服务人员欠缺，前台服务态度很差，不诚实！山顶温度很低，明明晚上有地暖提供，可能有个别房间是坏的，然后后半夜把全部房间停止供应地暖而且坚决不承认有地暖，好无语

酒店所处山上，地处月亮湖，环境很美，不推荐的理由，酒店有地暖，在有60多间房的入住的情况下，在零下的冬夜，有地暖竟然不开，酒店当值经理先以地暖坏了为由搪塞我们，在我们要求退房下山的情况下，答应开地暖，反复讲地暖开启后要有5小时才有效果，其实是5小时后，总台工作人员下班，没人可以接待我们，以忽悠的方式解决了退房下山风波，其实根本没开。够可以的吧。酒店餐厅坚决不推荐，不好吃又贵，在菜中吃出异物，交涉中，在餐厅经理在场的情况下，饭中吃出头发，竟然说这头发谁知道哪来的，这种服务，值得入住吗？

上菜太慢了，房间里面有味，与五星酒店的设施还有很大差距，没有冰箱和空调，但是环境还行。

房间风景还不错，就是房价偏贵，酒店的设施和价格不成正比，没有空调，没有wifi，电视信号也不太好。如果想去住的话，最好不要挑选节假日，这样能优惠些。
