环境不错，设施不错，入住客房还送来零食水果非常体贴。早上前台办理退房，前台小姐姐非常哇塞，服务态度很棒，而且还赠了送小礼物暖心!特别是前台接待肖小姐姐笑起非常甜，一天心情都是美美哒！下次去樟树市还会选择开元名都，不为别的就为服务态度!

出差路过樟树，网上订的大床房，到了酒店告知本房型没有房了免费给升级了套房，晚上还给送了水果，早餐也挺丰富，挺不错的！

非常感谢前台的小伙子和艺龙的工作人员，原本我们预订的行政房，后来换了高级房，因为是我们的原因没打算要差价，后来前台小伙子打电话给我叫我联系艺龙可以退差价，后来联系艺龙，客服帮我联系第三方，给我退了50元差价，尽管钱不多，还是非常感谢他们的热情

酒店周边很安静，对面就是体育公园后面是大片的高档小区。房间宽敞，卫生干净。酒店服务人员态度挺好的，有求必应有问必答，特别是聂梁艳和小彭。

路过住－天，酒店新房间很干净卫生服务员前台态度都较好，早餐该有的都有，晚餐价格不贵但菜品的量和质都不错餐厅服务员态度相当好。总之这个价钱入住酒店性价比相当高下次还会入住。
