酒店服务差！差！差！工作人员服务意识差，有必要重新上岗培训。
订的高级商务单间，房间隔音很差，房间和电梯中间还隔了一间房，竟然半夜都能听到电梯升降时产生的很大很吵的声音。打电话到前台投诉，前台告知只能更换标间并且还必须额外支付50元的房间清理费，理由是因为入住后已经动了房间的床铺，酒店自身的问题得让宾客承担，这酒店的服务也是醉了。要知道这酒店的标间比高级商务单间本来就便宜，不仅不退差价还要求加钱，全国也就此独一无二的酒店了。服务打一星都嫌多。打电话到前台投诉后竟没有大堂经理主动打电话解决。实事求是的讲，酒店设施和卫生还过的去，不过单间的大床是两个小床拼接的，能感受到两床之间的缝隙。
由于出其的愤怒，没到第二天退房时间就提前给评论了，所以早餐暂时没法评论，后期补评。
