连住两天，第一天感觉很好，第二天在艺龙旅行网订的，换成5楼，结果感觉很不好，进门发现被子虽然整理但好像没有换，有动过的痕迹，自己整理下也没在意，放下行李出去办事，晚上回来到卫生间发现香皂也是用过的，感觉又不好了，联想到床铺的痕迹，心里很不舒服，晚上洗澡出来用梳子，结果梳子也是回收或者用过的，心情一下子更不好了，想想又不能去换房间，所以很不愉快的一次住宿，服务两星的由来

酒店装修太久、设施陈旧老化、一次性用品完全达不到四星级酒店标准、最主要的还有搞笑的这么高档的酒店竟然空调都没有开、客服人员说还要冷点才会开空调！无语😓！住过的最差的四星级酒店！👇👇👇
