温泉真不错，特别清静! 不过有点可惜了，厨房没厨具，要不还可以多住几天，等他们完善了，可以再去度假，爬明月山。

1.酒店前台到店没人，前台也没放联系电话；2.客房保洁上午10点挨个房间敲门说要搞卫生，实际就是催着你快起床、快退房；3.没有吹风机。

一颗星是给服务的，早上七点五十去退房，前台居然没人。打客服电话，十分钟后才回电话过来。头一天拿走我的身份证去登记信息，到第二天退房时都忘记还回来，然后让我自己出快递费才把身份证寄过来给我，第一次遇到这样不讲理的酒店。第一次住途家，体验感特别差，以后不会再住，还是酒店更规范。
