非常失败的体验，大冬天的过来住，第一天下午空调整半天打不开，服务员上来收拾了好久才搞定，半夜居然整个房间全部断电，电话前台，说是要等电工上班以后来，摸着黑洗脸刷牙，也是醉了。

酒店毛巾上有一缕头发，喊来服务员，拿着头发又放洗手台上了，让换一套毛巾还非在那解释半天不是他们的错，最终头发还是我们自己处理走的。
