开房遇到卫生纸和套套把马桶塞了一半，本能的冲水却忘了拍照留念，赶紧要求换房，可是前台又说没房，说马上做卫生，于是出去溜达了一下回来，发现马桶还是没有盖子，地面湿漉漉的，于是投诉艺龙客服，要求换房，告知无房，要求换酒店，酒店告知不能退房费，最后客服再次沟通后说再做一次卫生，很可惜，马桶没有盖子的问题还是无人处理。为了能来留言，还是不换酒店了，好不容易转到网页留言，本来想发马桶照片，艺龙却说现在不能上传照片了。唉～对艺龙的印象也无爱了～
连马桶都忘记冲的酒店能换卫生的床单吗？想着都后怕。希望各位也能多来这家酒店提提意见，明天更美好~呵呵！

服务员不错，停车位不多，宜昌到处修路，所以感觉周边很乱，位置好找，这个价位在市中心还是可以接受的，晚上有蚊子，网速很快，要是再靠市中心一点就好了，方便购物和吃饭，有车的无所谓，没车的可能麻烦点

第一次入住，是为了第二天早上能吃这附近的一家羊杂面，呵呵*服务态度不错，无线网络效果很好，桌上居然还有赠送的酸奶和小点*入住

房间设置温馨，就是床有点硬，可能是自己家的软床睡习惯了，总体来说不错，交通较为便利，周边商铺也较多！
