前台配了共享充电宝和共享雨伞，出去的时候正好下雨，扫码就可以借走，还也挺方便。刚开始不会借，前台小姐姐很热情的过来帮忙，服务挺好，也挺方便的

酒店环境挺好的，对面就是小吃街，表扬前台十号小姐姐，服务态度很好，也很热情，刚开始害怕房间没有想象中那么好，小姐姐主动带我去看房间，还给我介绍了一下。还给我推荐了这边的特色美食。办理入住的时候还送了圣诞果，酒店也是很用心了，点赞。

入住凯盛美季酒店是同事推荐的，确实不错??房间宽敞明亮，设施齐全，卫生间很大且整洁。特别是碰到了一个特别好的人—酒店服务员，她的细心的、贴心的、周到的服务，使我们特感动！并祝她好人一生平安！
