入住当天晚上前台服务人员态度不好，面无表情的看着我问有什么事！连句你好都没有…把房卡给我也没有告诉我电梯在哪里，我往左边电梯走去了，才说电梯在右边，我还跟她说谢谢，居然也没搭理我！！暖气开了不够暖，到要走了的时候才感觉暖和，，住过丽橙夜明珠店！进去时里面空调是提前开着的，进房就好暖和了，这点特别不错，同样的店希望这家也可以改善！第二天退房时服务人员态度挺好的，询问了入住是否满意，也很礼貌！
