总的来说还不错，只是房间有点旧，但是在景区内的宾馆已经很不错了，方便餐厅的饭菜还可以，价格不贵，只是早餐一般

服务员的态度很好，很人性化。外面的小餐馆也很实在。价格比外面稍微贵点。但是不跟团会打8折。菜的食材也比较新鲜。总体来说，三峡人家这个5A风景名胜区还是很不错的，名副其实，值得一去。以后如果有时间，去度假，住这个宾馆也是个很不错的选择。

住的江景房，总体像农家宾馆，床单被罩都很干净，洗澡水很小，但是离三峡人家景区特别近，第二天我们游山上人家几乎没人，很爽。前台的小姑娘很漂亮态度也好。

对比西陵峡悦江山庄来说，这里前台服务热情多了。不过房间比较潮湿，设施设备不用说了，非常成旧。通往三峡人家景区的路管理脏乱差，实在是辜负5A景区的名声。江边过船的声音很大，介意的朋友最好选择回宜昌或者三峡大坝过夜。
