  历史悠久的酒店，地理位置优越，房间有欢迎卡片和橙子，前台服务很好，特别是李琳服务很用心，开的发票都用信封帮忙装好，为她的服务点赞。

  特意来桃花岭，庭院环境很好，绿树成荫，特别是小飞燕和张敏服务非常好，中途临时有事要提前离店，她们知道我行程有变，非常热情帮我联系客服，及时修改了行程，很感谢她们。大堂小张帅哥非常热情帮忙提行李指引进房。非常不错，下次来宜昌我还会入住桃花岭！‘

  服务热情，总台的小杜跟小徐帮忙办理入住事宜，大堂副理小张引领进房还介绍饭店的个性化服务。 早餐自助，菜肴丰富，牛肉面很赞。服务员小桓热情引导取餐，帮忙倒牛奶。小殷主动收餐盘和清理。 挺好
