  酒店去年10月才开业，设施很新，衞生做得很乾净。淋浴间和衞生间分隔做的不错，整体洗漱空间超大，唯一缺点就是没有安装伸缩衣绳挂衣物稍显不便。元旦期间前台给我免费升级了江景房非常不错，宜昌旅行首选之一。

  新开酒店非常乾净，1月初住没有闻到装修味道。江景房外面视野很开阔，心旷神怡。酒店配套齐全，健身房没有体验，泳池1.2-1.5米深，20米长，游起来比全程1.2米深舒服，更衣室配备淋浴、湿蒸房、衞生间，无需带浴巾、拖鞋、洗漱用品，工作人员经常进来打扫，衞生保持的很好。酒廊在51层，天气好时应该景色不错，17:30-20:00有特调，其他时间只有软饮，餐食保温不太好，包括早餐，长者吃都感觉有点凉，年轻人还好。整体瑕不掩瑜，来宜昌还会住。

  酒店位置离东站很近，赶车很方便。工作人员服务态度很好。也感谢礼宾部的小白跟sam。全程帮我拿行李，也跟小朋友进行了友好互动，服务很棒。 房间衞生也很乾净，环境也特别好，在宜昌这个地方，目前应该是最好的酒店，下次还会再来。

  总体还好，不过房间窗户太脏，影响观景。赠送的糕点先不论品质如何，一没有包装袋，二没有蒙上保鲜膜这点来説很就不衞生，虽然是赠品，但是还是要用心，做不好就不要做，如此忽衍了事，对顾客而言简直是一种侮辱。

  酒店位置很好，房间衞生也很好，不愧是新酒店。距离东站很近，也给升级了房型，送的欢迎水果的橙子非常甜好吃，有两个建议希望酒店的管理层能看到，第一是水温太高了，很容易烫到，建议调低锅炉的出水温度。第二是那个牙膏有点反人类，很难剥开来，住的几家万豪酒店都是这样，建议和集团反馈一下，太不好用了。
