这次是朋友在网上帮忙订的，我自己打电话过去确认时，前台服务人员接听电话很有礼貌而且非常有耐心。到店时，已经是晚上11点多了，比较疲倦；前台小姑娘很快就帮忙办理好了入住，效率非常高。强烈推荐！！

很不错，喜欢泊家艺术酒店的风格，这次应我要求给我安排的是5楼现代风格，客房卫生干净、整齐，前台服务员也挺有耐心，而且笑容特别美。值得再次入住。
