预付定的房间，办理入住时被告知预订的标准大床房没了，需要加钱升级到商务大床房，且不论商务大床房与标准大床房的差别，以及之间的差价，关是这种行为还是让人不舒服，而且据了解当天不止我一个人遇到这种情况，如果采用这种方式多了，相信对于你们酒店的口碑还是有所影响的～
