到目前为止，住过的最差的五星级酒店，酒店设施陈旧，早餐如狗屎，除前台有苦瓜脸的服务员，其它地方看不见服务员，电梯刷卡到房间每次要刷得你汉流夹背，房间隔间仿佛是住进了胶囊房。从头到尾在酒店没有看见一个服务人员的笑脸。下次宁愿住商务酒店，也不住这家店。

无语了，居然没地方停车，还得花50元停车，大过年的让人很糟心。老王卖了酒店，万达广场地下停车场没给富力，酒店自己门口有个很小的停车场，满打满算能停50辆车就不错了，后来的就只能自己找位置。只好停万达地下停车场，5块一小时，一夜封顶50块！！！其实50块也不是什么大事，但酒店根本没打算解决这么突出的矛盾，所谓服务完全只是一句废话。可惜了，服务一项不能打负分。

停车自费；入住上楼时在电梯里遇到显示屏故障，先固定显示三楼，后来索性黑屏，好吓人；淋浴间下水堵塞，洗澡出来发现把整个卫生间都淹了，只好换了房间。
