感觉总台人品问题欠佳，我女儿放桌子上的528元钱走时忘了拿，我们开车到三峡大坝后女儿才想起来钱没拿，跟到打电话问总台，她说没看到钱，我说你帮忙查哈第一个进房间的服务员，总台直接说是主管第一个进去的，说没见钱，后来我们有又返回酒店问总台，她就叫服务员开房间给我们看，卫生全打扫了，我们就说钱肯定是到房间里，后来进来一个女的说你们钱到经理那里拿着，我们到总台问钱，一脸滴不高兴样子，说问旁边那经理，哎！虽然钱是得到了，可见总台人品问题极差。

不愉快的记忆！卫生状况堪忧，要求换房，服务员满嘴跑火车说满房，真较真了又有房间换了！是这次探亲之行家乡人干的最丢脸最失分的事！
