非常好的一次入住体验，特别是拥有超级棒的服务人员，提供非常贴心热情的服务，对店员表扬一个，果然是超四星的酒店。入住的房间有点小问题，致电前后后，立刻进行了调换满意的房型。并且还送上了一份小水果作为歉意，其实是我歉意才是，麻烦客服人员。还有在办理入住时，本人不小心把返程的火车票从包包里掉落，遗落在大厅里，被清洁人员捡到后交到前台，前台查信息确认后立即给我送到房间里。要是丢了对自己的行程有很大的影响。真是赞一个。所以本次的入住非常开心。酒店的硬件设施也不错，干净整洁，床铺舒适。酒店离宜昌高铁站也很近，交通便利。周边有CBD和万达商圈，晚上出去逛一下也不错。值得入住。下次出差还会选择这里。

离长江边不远，可以沿滨江大道看看风景
酒店设施比较新，比较干净，服务员态度很好
附近买东西也很方便，

此酒店比招待所强些吧，门口停车也不是很方便，而且室内有很重的装修味，在里面待久了还真让人受不了，不过服务员在待人接物这块还可以吧！
