酒店环境真心好，加上现在很多花都开了，外景拍照简直绝了，前台姚经理和服务员小陈小王笑容温暖，服务热情细致，让人如沐春风，房间干净整洁，听说还有一栋楼马上装修好了，五一过来试试，整体都很棒，这家酒店让我对此次宜昌之行有了更好的印象。

这是我第四次住这家酒店了，每次来都很满意，特别是前台的小侯和小陈，服务细致有耐心，他们的防疫做的很好，让人感觉很安心。晚饭后在院子里走走，秋景尽收眼底，推荐！

这家酒店位置还可以，开车算方便。酒店环境一流棒！卫生一般吧，房间通风差一些，房间很热又没有冷风很难受。整个楼道饭味儿浓。早餐一定早去吃哈，晚些时候去就没什么了。酒店设施陈旧，餐厅服务员很急，没到下班点儿就催促了。晚餐种类不全，还是外面吃吧。可改进的地方多些。
