酒店存在欺诈行为，我预定的豪华大床房被服务员偷偷换成商务标间，价格不变，经过与酒店负责人多次交涉才变更，酒店条件也较差，每天服务员收拾房间连垃圾都不倒，向艺龙网投诉，电话也始终打不通，我还是本地人呢，如果是外地人就更不用说了

位置离万达广场有点远,门口就有公交,2站到客运中心。118元的房间比较简陋，网线也没有，窗户不能打开通风,房内有些霉味

酒店的位置比较好，离万达广场和码头都比较近，购物和旅游都十分方便。晚上睡觉也比较安静，就是房间里面的地毯味道很大，很臭。这个是不能接受的。
