实在不知道贵酒店是怎么评为五星的，除了大厅外部可以勉强达到标准，客房和工作人员服务态度简直是一塌糊涂，我打车到酒店门口拖着一个大行李箱，门口站着的工作人员看不到？不知道帮忙拿一下？到酒店不小心把脚扭了，点外卖死活不让外卖小哥进来，非要我下去拿，我真是无语了，客房设施太差了，什么都没有，还不如那些三星四星的酒店。所幸地理位置方便。

应该是宜昌最好的酒店了，地理位置非常好，在市中心，周围吃饭购物很方便。地下车库负二负三没有电梯很不方便。
