酒店位置靠近东站，从动车站出来后走10分钟就看到酒店了，也靠近香山福久源，那边很多吃的和超市。房间干净，整洁，没有异味。因为靠近马路晚上睡觉需要关窗，不然会有汽车轰鸣声。关窗以后不会吵，有中心空调，效果很好。总体来说，住宿很好。

在东站附近，门口就是公交站，交通方便。整体环境还行，就是卫生还有待提高，墙上有一些蜘蛛网的残余。设施比较旧。
