实景与照片相差甚远，准三星的离标准挂牌三星差距太大，房间有异味，只是楼下即是美食步行街，走几步路就能找到宜昌当地小吃，弥补一下住店糟糕心情。

前台服务超级差，网上价格比铂金会员都便宜，前台的回答就是也就几块钱而已，试问铂金会员取什么作用，在网上定的不管是不是会员都要交押金，估计以后都不要人去住了。
