前台服务还可以。我们是春节期间去的，很安静。虽然不提供早餐，但二楼有微波炉，所以还挺方便的。不足之处是被子太窄，只有1.2M宽，晚上翻身得随时小心才行。

开始以为宾馆的位置太偏，入住后发现交通很方便，尤其是靠近三峡高速入口，对于我们第二天要去三峡大坝游览的人来说太好了！

国庆长假外出旅游到了武当山和神农架，回来时，计划在宜昌停留一天看看三峡大坝，途中在同程上订了银湾宾馆，开始以为宾馆很偏，结果当我们开车从神农架到宜昌时发觉正是我们想要的位置，因为靠近三峡大坝！入住后感觉不错，卫生好，舒适，尤其是院内好停车，很安全。回来后，同事之间交流此次外出情况，我特别提到了银湾宾馆，我觉得是我们此次旅行中住的最好的宾馆了。
