每年春节都会来住，前台服务员也很热情，问候和笑脸让人感到温暖。但：
1、今年春节前台有一位服务员在服务意识、语言表达、态度方面还有待于提高。

酒店就在宜昌葛洲坝的绿洲上，环境很好很安静，前台服务员很好。虽然是老宾馆，大堂稍小，房间还是不错的。

大年初二入住，给人的感觉非常不错，如果自驾游，准备去三峡大坝的话，酒店前台还可以直接办理去三峡大坝的通行证，非常方便，有机会还会入住。
