  西屋假日酒店位于宜昌繁华地段，房间宽敞，干净卫生，前台服务尚好，性价比高。住了两个晚上，由于第一晩安排的房间外面太吵没睡好，第二天要求换一间，开头说过了12点不能换，经过交涉最后还是帮我们换了，所以还是要给好评。但旱饭太差，卫生间的淋浴房太小，床头缺少照明开关。

  前台倩倩小姐姐服务态度很好，热情、微笑。酒店位置很好就在大洋百货旁边。房间设施很好房间很大很干净，五星好评
