本人于2015年9月3日晚在携程订该酒店且支付相关费用，由于当时本人手机没有电，携程未能及时联系到我，所以当晚就取消了我的订单，原因是无法联系酒店确定房间。我办理入住是也交我押金。直到10月25日左右携程网联系我，说当是我们住的房间没有交到房费，由于时间已经过去1个月之久，我说等我查清楚账之后再与联系。之后酒店相关人员联系我，我叫酒店提供当时我刷卡记录我查询，也提供了我，于是我跟酒店说明，周一给与答复。但当时酒店人员没有搞清楚清况的情况下，既然用威胁及侮辱的口气说我们故意在携程下了订单，之后故意取消订单想白住酒店。且要把我们的相关信息公布网上。对于这种酒店的服务及对客户信息及为不保密的状态，你以后还敢踏入这酒店。

算是目前宜昌最好的酒店，闹中取静，国贸，桃花岭太老，同价位华美达房间过小，整体性价比不错的一家酒店，停车有地面地下，都很方便，值得推荐！

朋友推荐的，确实不错！
交通方便，环境OK，比较舒适！
门口就有到三峡人家的公共汽车，街对面就有到江滩、万达的公共汽车，非常方便！
环境较美，服务周到、热情，主动为我们推荐有代表性的餐厅和美食，感觉很好！
总的来说，很不错！
