外观及大堂比较豪华，电梯也算高大上，楼道地毯脏，房间地毯脏，卫生间顶上到处是补丁，居然还有小强，非常差的体验

差评中的差评，经常订同等级的酒店出差和旅游，平时也不爱评论，但这次实在是看不下去，这是有史以来订到的最差的五星级酒店，服务态度差，卫生间设施及差，洗个澡紧闭着淋浴门，但整个卫生间可以水漫金山，上厕所非常容易摔倒，打客房部拿个牙刷需要一个小时才送来，总之，这是一次非常失败和后悔的入住，个人建议想要预定这家酒店的小伙伴们千万三思
