小兴安岭景很美，温泉也很赞，房间特安静，睡的很舒服，工作人员态度也很好，服务周到，这里的人都很好，纯朴。唯一就是没有微信支付宝支付，希望可以改进。

客房加温泉门票两成人，小孩要另加，不管多大，有点无德，环境太美，温泉也不错，洗后皮肤很光滑，空气清新，值得一去。

下午游览悬羊峰，晚上入住玉温泉。虽然有点下雨，不过丝毫没有影响心情。酒店的设施很新，温泉水非常好，点赞的是菜品的色香味俱全，晚餐吃的很不错。就是早餐稍微差了些，总体很满意

温泉还不错，周边施工，环境一般。最大的问题是酒店空调一直未安装，且明明携程关于高级标准间的房型描述是有窗帘(有窗帘那就有窗啦)的，实际入住却是不带窗子的房间，没空调快闷死啦!这是酒店欺诈还是携程欺诈呢?

酒店环境很好，体验到人生最刺激的时刻一冰温泉。服务很不错，很贴心，在室外温泉一直有服务员跟进。但酒店设施质量需要更换，开业不到一年居然一间房的两道门锁都出问题，洗手间门锁直接坏掉！
