酒店服务非常好，房间也非常清洁，只是空调的风正吹著牀头沒法调！中央空调永远21度，房间换了另一间也度是一样！

早餐自选式吃的很饱，有代客停车，日式榻榻米加床没问题，老少咸宜的度假酒店。服务员非常有礼貌、贴心，珍贵的冷泉和有趣的水上游乐、水疗，太棒了！

5성급 리조트 답게 아주 좋았습니다. 다만, 주변에 음식점이나 각종 편의시설이 부족한 것이 흠이지만, 리조트에서 냉천과 온천에서 수영을 하고 즐기는데는 아주 최고였습니다.
또한, 접근성에서 타이뻬이공항에서 리조트까지 교통편이 복잡하고 시간이 많이 걸리는 것이 가장 큰 단점입니다. 택시를 탈 경우 비용이 14만원 정도 소요됩니다.
