大楼满旧的，中央空调的风量不但是旋钮且转回一圈还是关不了…因为坏了，只好冷著过了晚上。一样的价钱但有些房间没窗，性价比差了点。至于这间叫温泉饭店得要去掉温泉，因为感觉只是热水放在装修的浴缸中…因为无味且PH试纸是中性

飯店在鬧區中，吃飯選擇種類也多。
這棟沒有大眾溫泉池有些可惜，想泡大眾池必須往本館去。不過飯店房間也有浴缸可以盡情享受溫泉。
外頭下雨時，飯店也很親切的提供雨傘，非常貼心的服務。
以商務來說，在礁溪是個不錯的選擇。

在台湾住过感觉较差的酒店了，跟国内7天差不多，温泉浴池看起好脏，不敢泡
