服務態度非常好，很樂意和親切回答問題，可以免費租單車，環境過得去，設備有點陳舊，沒有煮水瓶，距離離火車站要走10分鐘，要求不高也是可以的，

环境很好，有洗衣機提供，但没有洗衣粉。工作人员服务态度很一般，办理手续的要求不合理，要求使用Wi-Fi，却要我们压证件，那有压证件…后来压押金…但又说押金的凭条只提供副本，估计是工作人员不太熟悉，那有提供副本！必须原件啊！主要是押金不是一式两份！我们女孩子行李箱大，带我们上楼也不帮忙拿行李箱，态度跟不上！
