房间卫生其实还可以 就是地毯非常脏 房间一股浓浓的霉味 第二天想换房间 另外一个房间依然一股霉味 空调打开味道难闻的受不了 换房间也一样 又懒得搬了就凑合了两天 价格不便宜 楼下院子不错。有杏树葡萄树蟠桃树 早饭也还行吧 能吃饱 没有牛奶 有奶茶和豆浆 另外 房间蛮小的 转不开身
地理位置还行 出去有饭吃 有药房 有特产店

总体来说还算干净，就是我预定的是3至5层，可是我到现场只给我2层的房间，预定的是没有早餐，实际却给我了早餐券，198元我觉得值得了！

前台态度很差，说毛巾脏了，就管我们要赔偿费，，我们从赛里木湖过来确实用毛巾擦了衣服，如果确实说你东西弄脏，有合理条款让我们赔我们也不是赔不起，主要是前台和保洁大妈态度真是让人无语，说什么东西你们弄没弄脏你们不知道吗，配上各种白眼…我真是，差评妥妥的
