房间很小，硬件设施跟旅馆差不多，房间也不隔音，楼上冲厕所楼下都听到清楚，房间外面服务员打扫卫生、说话什么的就跟在面前说话一样，太不隔音了，关键还是霍尔果斯最贵的酒店，真是对不起那个价格

在霍尔果斯搜索五星级酒店，结果没有，携程推荐最好的酒店就是这家，于是果断就定了。结果满满的上个世纪90年代的气息。酒店设施很陈旧。定的套房，前台说中规中矩的没有了，给升级一个特色的，进屋以后先看见两个足疗椅，墙壁包括天花板都贴满了花花绿绿的壁纸，房间中央还弄了一颗假树，总之很奇怪的房间，让人很不舒服。卫生间没有干湿分离，水流还小的厉害，根本没有办法洗头。更离谱的是，我们入住的时候看到房间门开着，里面三个服务员竟然坐在里面聊天拉家常，看到我们过去才离开。总之很不舒服的一家酒店，也就是个两星水平。

相对于周边其他酒店这里算是还可以了，但不能要求太高。房间里还有有些味道，应该是卫生间下水道的味道，开开窗透透气也是可以的。
