房间名称很好听，房间都是用彩钢板制成，简陋，下水道返臭味。早餐10点结束，还没到时间服务员就把盘子收了。态度不好。房间柜子坑坑洼洼，床上还有小虫子。

早餐还行，房间厕所比较不太好，景区里面环境不错，需要给前台电话报备车牌号才能放行进入景区，去的时候刚好取消自驾行。

酒店卫生总体还不错，虽说在景区内，其实开门没能看到连片的大草原，倒不如住进景区闸口对面的客栈，看的景更好。早餐到10点结束，晚了5分钟到，就没早餐了，我们说剩稀饭剩菜给点也行，不然外面实在没得吃，态度很坚决，没有就没有，一再央求下，最后只给打包了馒头和鸡蛋。忘记退订金，最后电话联系，微信给我了，这个倒还很讲信用。
