前台太差了，一边吃着薯片一边帮客人办入住，那个油手就那么抓着我的身份证，很恶心。我直接说你作为前台不应该边吃零食边服务，好笑的这个吃零食的姑娘听我批评她更是一副吃的更来劲的样子。订单也搞错了，害的我背着大包小包的行李上上下下的跑，酒店前台却毫无歉意。酒店硬件很一般根本不到四星标准。服务尤其差！！！

晚上8点网上预付房款定的大床房，凌晨一点过到酒店居然没留房，只剩一间套房，于是给免费升级入住套房。到房间一看，门大开着，外间卫生间的马桶未冲，纸篓未倒，恶心！床头柜一层厚厚的灰，其它桌面也全是灰，被套上有像地毯落毛的飞絮状东西，房间座机也不能打，拖鞋也没…酒店没其它房，时间太晚也不想折腾，裹着衣服将就睡了几个小时。退房时给前台反应，前台没有一句抱歉的话，解释的意思就是，套房脏是合理的正常的！那不耐烦的嘴脸像在说，588元让我住套房已经是种恩赐还东说西说…晚到酒店只想干净舒适的睡觉，不贪图你房间有多大…

位置好，交通方便，城郊，本来城也不大，大停车场，去夏塔方便，房间大设施全，早餐可，但装修不够环保，柜子味大。
