酒店设施较陈旧，37度的天气空调是坏的，在艺龙入住前一周已确定的订单酒店居然说他们没有收到，经前台核查后讲，他们自己后台没有记录，后经本人和艺龙再三催促协调，2小时后才有人出面协调解决，但也没有解决空调问题，而且在离店时将没有专用发票，至今没有解决。前台服务极差！
