20日晚的那拉提国家森林酒店是我近年来住的最差的一间。我定了三个标准间，四个人入住。没有一个人满意。综合而言，1）硬件设施差：一个洗手间漏水（508房间）；所有房间的床垫高低不平，被褥潮湿。晚上卡拉OK厅高歌至两点，吵到无法入睡。2）老板不诚信：入住时约好第二天600元四个人包车；第二天出发前突然变卦，说车里还要坐几个人。3）入住缴费时和离店时都说开不了发票。最后我只能留下北京地址，让他把发票寄给我，由我付邮资。
总之，这家酒店的入住经历令人非常不愉快。建议携程取消和其协议。

位置就在那拉提景区内 空气清新 环境很好。服务人员热情服务很好。酒店有自行车可以免费骑行。不足之处是房间略显陈旧 隔音效果不好。

位于景区东门，属于森林公园里面，好像原始森林里面的小木屋，小别墅，环境幽雅，内部还算干净，早晨起床可以去爬山，很好，制的推荐
