这个酒店真是不错，地处那拉提景区河谷草原腹地，硬件设施很新，毕竟是新装修的，个人认为没有其他评论说的那么大的装修味道，还是可以接受的。酒店服务员很热情，毕竟花不少钱住这里，酒店优质服务多少能让人感觉钱花的值。

服务太差，没空调，打电话咨询说有。到了才发现景区内月亮河，那拉提精品酒店和它条件一样，价格只是它的一半。有种被欺骗的感觉，其实没那么高大上。

早餐一般，服务较差！这个酒店在景区，我们晚上九点半开到景区门口，打电话给景区，酒店服务人员告诉我们需要买门票才可以进景区，然后再到酒店，我们买了门票，景区门卫人员告诉我们需要给车备案，我又打电话给景区，让他们给我的车备案，结果备案时间特别久，我们等了四十分钟，才得以进入景区，并入住酒店。
