住过的最差酒店，没有之一。硬件基础其实不错，就是装修太老了。这些都不是关键。重要的是没有服务和管理。太差了。没有人，退房都让你等半个小时，全程三个服务员脸上没有一丝笑容。中间客户投诉会议室垃圾没有人收，她们直接听不懂那种。因为她们根本没有用心听。唉，观念啊。
