环境相当好，床也舒服，只可惜住在行政楼，不过这个价位也值，可以免费游玩景点，和动物一起逗乐，饭菜好吃不贵。服务也好，粗心的儿子把衣服落下了，打电话给服务员，非常热心，还帮我省钱，大大的一个赞??

适合自驾游，全家一起住两天放松。山下的行政楼房等同于连锁酒店，不要有太高的期望值，但卫生条件好不错。只是房间没有电话，办理入住、退房等都要去山上的接待处。

此酒店住宿有两个，景区里一个叫圣山楼，一个在景点大门处叫行政楼，我们住的是行政楼，条件不如圣山楼。住宿办理都要在景区里圣山楼，这两个地方走路有20分钟左右，顾客办理完还要回行政楼住宿，这点酒店做的不周到，没有为顾客考虑。

在景区内部，饭菜不错，非常适合全家度假。只是酒店介绍中提及可以携带宠物入住，酒店并不允许，希望携程沟通后改正，不要误导。

半夜上山转悠半天才找到，说是在山下，小姑娘领下山就不见了，涩涩寒风等人来，一看哪是酒店，整个一个宿舍，装修味道浓烈，无奈重订豪华房，希望多提高一下服务
