所谓的家庭房，就是一大一小床，不合理。
连个服务员都找不着。
餐饮太差，吃个饭乱哄哄的，管理不行。
温泉还不错，推荐。

我住的是一号楼，房间真的不错哦，酒店的环境也很好，离温泉也很近，两三分钟的路程。唯一有点缺陷的就是去的那天餐厅不能点餐，只有自助餐，58还是68一位，看了一下也没什么多好吃的东西，希望以后可以改善一下。

这次入住基本满意，酒店的环境卫生都不错，管理和服务也还行，这里要重点说一下床垫，太硬了，隔的一夜没睡好。这个床垫于酒店的星级配备太不相符，希望能够改进。

和至圣温泉在一个区域，环境不错窗外是一个小湖。一大一小两张床，一家三口住很适合。持房卡买温泉票可以便宜三十元，很划算…下次还来
