很差的一次入住体验，通过艺龙交保证金348元/晚的带电脑大标间，网上保留时间为凌晨一点，可能国庆节房源紧张，九点多店家致电我们问住不住，我们说保证住，我们十一点到店，尽然把房子给我们换了，无电脑，无窗户，还说能给我们留都不错了，我非常气愤，请问提前预订是什么意思？交保证金是什么意思？不就是想保证有房吗？并且服务态度差，一副爱住不住的样子，况且床单上有小虫子尸体，因有小孩 ，想更换床单，呼叫前台无人接，下去找无人，上楼时，发现楼道放了一架布草车，自己拿了一条床单铺上，湊合了一晚！真心很差的一次住店
