酒店房间设施极差，服务态度恶劣，豪华标间居然电视没信号，电话不通，饮水机没水，找总台服务三个小时没能解决问题。退房时还要讹诈消费者用了他们的收费项目。强烈谴责这种不遵守职业操守、不讲职业道德的行为。
