  首先是这是一个公寓，跟酒店还是有差距，比如服务卫生，但是这个公寓有很多优点，楼下就是银川旅游集散中心去各大景点都有专线旅游交通车，公寓内配有冰箱和洗衣机是其他酒店没有，对生活非常方便还可以煮东西吃，且房价不高。但是公寓设施比较陈旧，每天都有很多小卡片塞门缝。

  非常不错！价格实惠。不过以后客人入住前最好开开窗户通通风，不然一进去一股异味

  这个酒店真心不错，干净卫生，设施齐全，床铺睡得也很舒服，房间也没什么味道，隔音效果好，值得推荐入住。

  第一次到银川，第一次住公寓，感觉还不错。斯维登服务公寓的位置很好，就在火车站对面，楼下就银川游客集散中心，各大景区都有直通车，出行很方便。楼下有很超市和餐饮店，一日三餐很好解决。公寓客房宽敞明亮，冰箱电视洗衣机空调各种家电都有。晚上睡觉很安静，没有无关电话骚扰，但是有在门缝发卡片小广告的。问题是纱窗坏了，窗户关不好。总之还不错，住四个晚上，明天一大早就要离开。

  酒店房间大，周边交通方便，楼下有小吃街和便利店，在火车站对面，几分钟就到。就是厕所有点陈旧，建议重新装修一下，不过价格是真的很便宜。
