总体还行，有些小东要修理下，马桶盖是掉了的，不敢碰，淋浴器喷头架子坏了，最后找了个绳子绑在水管上才免去得一手拿着洗的麻烦。

周边环境不错 吃饭方便 但是房间分布各层都有 没有前台 就见过一次保洁人员 水会突然没有 房间的WiFi用不了 住了四天都没解决 房间内挂锁都没有 不提供饮用水 这次确实很失败的选择 旁边的公寓式酒店都有前台

酒店不好找，在携程上看是免费停车，结果是收费的。预先付了房费，订的是两间两晚，结果只留了一间，老板把朋友一家安排到了另一个酒店。以至退房的时候朋友一家被要求交了房费才能退押金，说不认识暖程公寓的人。找暖程公寓的工作人员问，说不知道这回事，只好给老板打电话，老板说马上联系解决，等了半小时又打电话催，老板才说把押金条拿到暖程公寓给退。害的我们推迟了一个多小时才出发，出城又高峰堵车，一路上不敢多休息，到宝鸡时天已经黑了。大人孩子都是又累又饿，很生气，酒店管理十分差。不推荐！
