住过好几次了，对这家酒店印象非常不错，可这次体验很差，双床房含双早，每次都给一张早餐劵，酒店前台给的解释是我登记入住了一个人，有些无语的解释；再说说，退房的时候说我把刷牙口杯损坏了，要赔偿40元，我碰都没碰过，真是醉了。。。莫非下次谁登记前让你们再仔细查一遍设施有没有坏的？以免被坑！

服务还不错！正常办理什么的！房间特别小！917房间空调不行！大家可以绕行！整体房间干净！早餐就一个拉面有一丢丢的牛肉！还要鸡蛋！其他就是一些蔬菜或小菜馒头之类的！房费248元的赠送2人早餐！性价比已经不错了！平时在外觅食如果你是南方人！在烧之前一定要说少放盐！这边菜咸！如果在星级酒店吃就另当别论了！

非常好的酒店，一说长相忆酒店银川人都知道，房间卫生好，安静、窗帘自动，中央空调控制板就在手边和插座台灯在一并排列，很方便！离玉皇阁和鼓楼都不到千米，出行方便！

最近外面很冷热不定， 但是酒店的房间很暖和，有中央空调住着很暖和，房间的空间很大，还全天热水，酒店的设施考虑的很周到，卫生间也很大，不会有拥挤的感觉，还有吹风机，很方便女性，整体卫生干净整洁，客房服务员的服务也很不错，推荐入住
