1.设施，这是一家设计型酒店。
设施用的一般性。
2.服务，前台的服务生一看就是实习的。并不算专业。。。
3.卫生，阿姨打扫也不算彻底。
至少地毯上贾还能见到依稀皮削。。。
4.性价比，酒店老板还是有出彩的想法。

装修，外观不错，服务员也特别有礼貌，房间有茶叶，茶具，大堂书吧选两杯喜爱的书，赌书泼茶,甚是风雅，对于常年在外的人来说，没有漂泊感，银川消费水平不高的城市，好酒店品牌酒店凤毛菱角，只装修方面还是非常有特色，小资的，如果不是房间水压不行，我真是想打90分！

初次入住，感觉环境、设施和服务都很好，特别是对务人员的服务态度非常满意，无论是前台、餐厅，还是楼层服务人员都给人以一种亲切和宾至如归的感觉。我们打算再次带家人入住。谢谢银川印象.家的所有工作人员。再见！
