  第一次来银川，选择了这个地标酒店，一贯传承JW万豪的高品质。从入住开始，前台的Sarah经理就非常热情、耐心，展现出与超五星酒店相配套的高素质，还给升级了房型，房间很大，布局也非常合理，全景落地窗可以看到城市的夜景。总之是一次很好的体验，下次来银川的话还会选择JW万豪！

  必须给咱们酒店的值班经理Sarah点个大大的赞！入住期间遇到了一点小麻烦，多亏了值班经理及时出现，处理问题专业高效，态度也特别耐心周到，全程让人感觉很温暖。有这么负责的员工，真的能看出酒店的服务品质，下次来还会选择这里，强烈推荐！

  Lily服务非常棒！房间干净得没话说，卫生死角都处理得很到位，空间也足够大，完全没有异味，位置特别好找，还有免费WiFi，入住体验非常棒! 性价比最高的JW万豪没有之一，风景很好，楼下饭店也很好吃！

  春节期间入住，服务很热情，给升级了房间，解答问题也非常耐心，长者不想睡大床，也帮忙调换成双床了。不过我觉得大床房空间更大一些。 房间楼层高，视野很好 早餐很丰富，地下停车场停车非常方便 房间楼层高，景观好，还有我喜欢的化粧镜

  淡季出游银川第一晚住的万豪，不得不说服务确实很好，网约车下来有工作人员拉行李并陪同办入住送到电梯，房间整体偏商务，床偏软，窗外风景很好，但是晚上房间真的好热，即使我温度调到20依旧室内会维持在25左右，窗是全封闭的不然我就可以通风降温，酒店工作人员说除非房间整体断电不然空调是关不了的，想想就算了，后半夜还是蛮舒服的体感。中午在酒店3楼用了餐，服务和味道都不错，我觉得比那些连锁餐厅好，尝过某某名羊，真的超级拉垮
