在网上订的时候说有返现，开房时候说退房时候给返。到退房时候竟然会说是网站上的活动，没有返现金，难道是我们没有看明白什么叫返现吗？真是理解不够，虽然钱不多，可让人家不舒服……不知道是商家还是服务前台的问题真是不晓得，真让人醉……差评

房间隔音一点都不好。外面整夜整夜的施工，吵死了，房子设施也很少。卫生特别差，不仅在毛巾上发现别人的头发，而且晚上还有个蛐蛐怕到身上真不知道是怎么打扫的。真烂，位置还很难找
